"You and Jesus", written by Wendy, is a song reflecting on the great memories of her Granny.  It has been well received, getting great airplay and hitting all the charts.  Granny was a great spiritual example in Wendy's life as well as being the best Granny a girl could hope for.  Above is a picture of one of those memories of Wendy camping with her Granny and having a blast.  Take a minute and share a memory you have had with your Granny by posting a comment to this blog.

  Wendy, I look forward to seeing ya'll in Jan. or Feb. A year seems like a long time. My granny was not only a big influence in my life but a great example of living a spirit filled life should be. I enjoyed sitting on their porch and talking about the Bible. Helping her cook in the kitchen was always fun...no measuring of course and always from scratch! But most of all I remember when I would spend the night at bedtime her and papa would kneel down at the couch and pray...out loud! Seperate but together. They had 50 blessed years together. She died 2 months before my daughter was born...that would be Morgan's mom...you remember Morgan? I believe she saw my daughter before I ever did! She was always helpful and gave the best advice. I miss her so, but am blessed to have had such a wonderful Spirit filled lady in my life. Thinking of you. We love you, and Ironaton loves you!
